The governor of Nayarit Antonio Echevarría Garcia, interested in that The Riviera Nayarit has a balance between the economic development of the region and the human capital to develop it, announced an important investment for the Universidad Tecnológica de Bahía de Banderas UTBB (Technological University of Banderas Bay).

It will be a “Great Project”, since now all graduates of careers related to the hospitality and tourism industry can acquire their knowledge under the standards that each company requires; representing a safe investment that will facilitate the hiring of their future staff and reduce high training expenses.

The UTBB is in the process of finishing the first part of the construction of what will be the first Hotel School. It will have all the spaces and areas of a real hotel. For this, the governor of Nayarit, Antonio Echevarría, requested the support from the ADEPM, an association to which important hotel chains belong, in order to work together in the construction of replicas of their hotel rooms. In addition, services are standardized and in turn adhere to curricula. Students of these careers may from their studies acquire the knowledge and training necessary and evaluated on the standards of each organization.
