Public spaces such as parks and esplanades are spaces where the inhabitants of a community can express themselves in an artistic, sporting and cultural way. People occupy and circulate through them continuously throughout their daily lives, since the development of these spaces is a reflection of urban planning improvement.

Public spaces also function as a platform for the creation of the collective identity of a society, through them that can help to develop culture, politics, identity, as well as social interest in the public. These spaces in good condition can help keep people unoccupied, occupied, because these spaces also help the development of creativity.

The Asociacion de Empresarios Punta de Mita and Riviera Nayarit ADEPM, promotes the development of this project with the municipal government of Bahía de Banderas and with the private sector of the community, who will also contribute resources for the construction of this public space in Punta de Mita tip.

Currently we are working together in the design of this future place, in addition there is already a proposal for architectural plans that will seek to transmit Mexican culture and its beauties, under a sustainable and organic concept with low maintenance costs.

The esplanade in the community of Punta de Mita will feature its traditional kiosk, representative and endemic flora of the region will also be used. The idea is to maintain a conservative and natural style with a rustic and cultural touch. In addition, it seeks to connect through this esplanade the main parking lot of Punta de Mita with access to the beach and restaurant area, enjoying a visually more attractive path, which also allows the development of the identity of the region and becomes in a space of healthy recreation for the community and its visitors.
